Biography
After many years of working in corporate America I was laid off in May of 2020 due to Covid which prompted the sale of my home in Austin and a move to Rock Springs Wyoming. Taking the cue that it was time to follow my passion of being a healer, I decided to put all my effort into starting my own business, Elevate Your Health Vibe, where I focus on helping people take back their health and happiness so they are free to live the life they want by reducing or eliminating pain and illness.
I achieve this by helping people remove emotional and energetic blocks to wellness through multiple modalities that facilitate the restoration of health and wellbeing. These modalities utilize non-traditional, and at times non-physical ways of addressing pain and trauma stuck in the body that leads to emotional distress such as depression, anxiety, addictive tendencies, and disease of all forms, including the most powerful technique of all, QHHT.
