They recognize that maturing as a christian is an ongoing thing, and one never ceases to learn or increase in maturity. Apostle Paul said in Philippians “Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus”

They wish to please God as best they can.
Empathetic and compassionate

They feel wholeheartedly that everyone deserves kindness, understanding, and support. This does not change for believers of other religions, they do not discriminate. Spiritually mature Christians will humbly seek to uplift and encourage others, offering a glimpse of God’s love and compassion.
How can I develop my spiritual growth and maturity?
Christian maturity comes with a practical approach. We all start our spiritual journey as newborn infants. Then, as we learn and grow, our faith matures. It might be worthwhile to find a mentor who can help teach you the holy words of God. you can speak to them about your understanding of your faith, and they can guide you. you can also read each verse in the bible together. This is a sure way to gain insight into your beliefs.
Peter 1:3-9 reminds you that God is the source. “His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these, he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But if anyone does not have them, he is nearsighted and blind, and has forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins.”
Moreover, the importance of studying god’s word must be recognized. It may help you increase your spiritual maturity. As it says in Timothy 2:15; 3:16-17, “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth…All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
